Hi, I'm Brent.

Over my career, I led in the number one or number two role in multiple businesses and nonprofits on the local, national, and international level. Starting in 2008, I also worked as a consultant, partnering with 180+ CEOs and senior leaders across North America on fundraising, board governance, strategic planning, and organizational leadership.

That consulting work gave me a front-row seat to executive leadership—I observed their styles, traits, quirks, struggles, and blind spots. While I wasn't contracted specifically for leadership coaching, I often found myself helping those CEOs navigate the human side of leadership as we tackled their organizational challenges together.

The work world can too easily strip away our humanity with expectations that prevent you from being you. Given the chance, it will challenge your values, divide your family, and leave you beat up.

I founded Vibrancy Unlocked in 2022 because I saw a better way. CEOs needed more than strategic advice—they needed a partner who understood the weight of executive leadership and could help them break free from the patterns keeping them stuck.

There are few things I love more than supporting a leader and their team as they press on into the next season.

Janet Phipps, MBA, ACC

Coach to CEOs

Janet brings more than 30 years of experience partnering with executives in navigating growth, change, and complexity. With deep expertise in the banking and financial services industry, she understands regulated environments, executive decision-making, and organizational change from the inside.

Her coaching approach is holistic and grounded in ICF Core Competencies, integrating executive effectiveness, emotional intelligence, and mindset work. Janet uses evidence-based assessments including Hogan, Everything DiSC®, and The Five Behaviors®, combined with guided visualization, communication pattern work, and presence-based coaching.

She supports CEOs and their teams in cultivating clarity, presence, and purposeful action—helping them move beyond surface-level solutions to address the beliefs, behaviors, and patterns that influence how they lead, decide, and relate.

Austin Suellentrop, M.S.

Coach to CEOs

Austin coaches, consults with, and teaches CEOs and teams about the transformative impact of a strengths-based approach to human development. He specializes in helping clients bridge the gap between research and practical application in the workplace, inspiring action through passionate storytelling about what individuals and teams can accomplish when they have the opportunity to do what they do best.

With 20+ years in leadership development, Austin has partnered with senior leaders navigating significant organizational change. As a leader at Gallup, he spearheaded the global strategy for CliftonStrengths®, pulling together leaders from across the world in support of a movement that reached more than 31 million customers and a community of 20,000+ coaches.

Prior to Gallup, Austin served in various banking industry roles, from managing retail branches to leading organizational strategies for leadership development—giving him deep insight into both frontline leadership and executive-level transformation.

Austin has a passion for public speaking and has been featured as a keynote speaker for the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), TEDxBirmingham, and many other prominent platforms.

Executive Assistant & Leadership Coach

Joy serves as the operational backbone of Vibrancy Unlocked, ensuring seamless support for our coaches and clients throughout the coaching journey. With a background in business administration, procurement, and logistics, plus leadership experience coordinating mission-driven programs, Joy brings both strategic thinking and exceptional execution.

She manages key operational systems including Gallup Access administration, Asana project management, and coaching support functions. Joy is also a certified CCLC coach and continues her professional development in coaching practice.

Joy joined Vibrancy Unlocked in February 2024 and is known for her commitment to excellence, leadership experience, and unwavering support of both executives and coaches.

Kim brings nearly two decades of management and IT experience to Vibrancy Unlocked, with expertise spanning network support, project management, and department director roles. Her unique combination of technical precision and coaching heart creates a powerful approach to both operational excellence and leadership development.

A Certified Christian Leadership Coach (CCLC), Kim is passionate about meeting people where they are and guiding them toward their goals—nothing energizes her more than helping others succeed. She brings a creative perspective through her communications work and writing, balancing her technical background with genuine care for the leaders she serves.

Whether supporting the systems that keep Vibrancy Unlocked running smoothly or coaching leaders through complex challenges, Kim's dual expertise makes her invaluable to our team and clients.

Kim and her husband live in Lula, Georgia, where they enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren. When she's not working, you'll find her playing golf, running, or hiking through the beautiful North Georgia mountains.
